Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.
1 Peter 3:15aThis is the annual camp for all Lutheran Students and their friends at university and post-secondary tertiary institutions such as TAFE and colleges (ALC, Tabor, etc). It is also for all recent graduates along with others who are interested in the topic and issues and would like to come along and seriously engage in passionate discussion about the big issues of faith and life.
It will also be a relaxed camp in which campers will be able to take in, socialise and enjoy time with the other campers. This has been a feature of these Uni Students' camps.
Thanks to the generous sponsorship of the LLL, we are thrilled to offer first time campers the a discount to attend camp for only $50!
Please email admin@blueprintministries.org.au to receive the discount code if this applies to you.
You will be welcome to come and enjoy the beautiful natural bush surroundings of the camp from 2.00pm onwards. Just register when you arrive and you'll be good to go. If the weather is not welcoming outside, or you just want to come and chill out for a while, you are welcome!
We will explore our theme, Hope in a Hopeless World, and have a camper-led devotion before enjoying time together to kick off the camp.
Pastor Fraser Pearce will join us for a bible study to start the day, leading into a panel featuring Rev Dr Mark Worthing (NSW) among others. This will be an opportunity to further explore the theme and any other questions you may have!
The afternoon will be an open time to let campers unwind and explore more of the site if they wish. Woodhouse is a beautiful place and worth walking around!
Pastor Mark will return for a session that asks, 'How can we share the hope that we have with family, friends, and neighbours?' before finishing the day with another camper-led devotion.
We'll have a worship session in the morning, followed by open discussion surrounding the question of 'Where do we go from here in light of this weekend?', before wrapping up camp.
We're very excited to have Pastor Mark joining us for the Saturday of camp as part of the panel and leading a bible study session!
