Description

A one-day worship conference on Saturday 25th October at the Redeemer Lutheran School in Nuriootpa. Featuring various presenters presenting their electives for the encouragement and learning for people serving in the public worship life of their local church.

The O Lord, Open My Lips series presents worship as a wholehearted response to who God is, extending far beyond music into every aspect of church life. It explores themes of reverence, trust, and surrender, showing how praise and lament can stand together in honest faith. Worship is described as deeply communal, shaped across generations, expressed through both visible leadership and quiet acts of service, and grounded in shared rhythms of prayer and Scripture. Together, the sessions emphasise that worship forms identity, strengthens belonging, and anchors the church in truth, gratitude, and faithful response in every season.

ABOUT THE REGIONAL LEARNING HUB

The St Petri Regional Learning Hub began to build in early 2025 with a simple but heartfelt conviction from Pastor Adrian Kitson: that the love and hope of Jesus belongs to everyone, no matter where they live. Born out of St Petri Church in Nuriootpa, Barossa Valley, the Hub was created to reach beyond the walls of a single congregation, stretching from the vineyards of the Barossa to the most remote corners of South Australia.

Our mission is to share the love and hope of Jesus with everyone. Our vision is to see God’s love coming to life in people as we serve them in Jesus’ name, and the Regional Learning Hub is one of the ways that vision takes shape in the world.

You do not need to be a member of a church, hold a particular faith background, or have life neatly sorted to be welcome here. Regardless of where you are on your journey, your background, your beliefs, your circumstances, or your wealth – the Regional Learning Hub can be helpful for you.

Through in-person studies, recorded video lessons, online Bible studies, and lectures from gifted teachers and pastors, the Hub offers a flexible and inspiring way to go deeper into God’s Word. Whether you are a lifelong Christian looking to grow, someone exploring faith for the first time, or a person in a remote community without easy access to a local church, there is a place for you here.

We believe that faith grows best in community. The Regional Learning Hub is not just a collection of videos – it is a gathering place for people who want to learn, reflect, and connect with others who share the journey. Wherever you are in South Australia, or from the far reaches of Antarctica, you are more than welcome here.
