PROGRAM // faith together
This weekend will have a focus on family-friendly activities exploring faith together. There will be times for leisure and fellowship, as well as times to explore how you can do faith at home with your family. We aim to give you some practical tools and ideas that you will be able to try out on camp and then take home and continue with your family every day.
Here is a rough plan for the weekend...
FRIDAY 12th January
SPIN finishes at 12.30pm. You are welcome to arrive from then but access to dorms & the hall will only be from 3pm. There is a lovely shady veranda you can sit under or take advantage of the lake – there are several canoes for hire. Afternoon tea will be provided at about 2.30pm and dinner at 6pm.
The evening will be relaxing around board games with some input from Blueprint staff.
SATURDAY 13th January
You are welcome to access the kitchen and hall to have breakfast when that suits you. There will be family-friendly activities beginning at around 9.30/10am. Lunch is at 12pm. The afternoon will include time for recreation on the lake, large games, input from Blueprint staff and afternoon tea. Dinner is from 6pm
SUNDAY 14th January
Breakfast, pack and tidy, worship service at 9.30am, and closing thoughts. We will finish with an early lunch at about 12pm.
COMMUNITY // time together
This weekend is all about connecting with your family, and others. Serving each other is one thing we have found to help build this sense of community.
All families will be asked to contribute to the camp through assisting with meal preparation and cooking, clean up and setup & packup of activities.
